Bottled: Barrel Aged Stout

We just bottled our first batch of house stout aged in a Dad’s Hat Rye Whiskey Barrel. While it was only in the barrel for 2 weeks, it picked up the perfect amount of tastes and aroma that does not overpower the pallet one bit.

We recently contracted a bomber rack made from a used whiskey barrel. Since it was fitting, we loaded it up with the barrel aged bombers
